I have a large plywood tank with a glass front. It had previously been used for saltwater and the inside was sealed/painted with white epoxy resin.
I want to paint it black. Any ideas on what to use? I got a quote on black epoxy resin for $360 (5 gallons was the smallest quantity i could get). Anything cheaper that would work?

So my first flowerhorn experience was a total failure.
A few weeks ago I found a great looking flame flowerhorn for cheap and decided to get him to add to my mixed SA/CA tank. I drove 2.5 hours each way to pick him up. I introduced him to my tank and all was well for a few days. Then one day my 6" synspilum was dead. Well, I knew the risks when I added the FH. Then the next day my 6" bleekeri was dead. I rearranged the tank hoping that would help. The next day my 7" blackbelt was dead. After that all was well until yesterday when I found my FH dead. Anyway, that's the end of my sob story. Some things just don't work out I guess. |
