I'm not convinced it's a "him". Have you seen this fish in person?
But of course it could work...midas/texas crosses are extremely common. --------------------  |

No I have not .I get to pick him up at 1pm today.Evan if female I have 8 carpintis so I will have a male for her.The seller is very well known in the heart of america fish club.So it probably male.This picture is old he say bigger and more red than picture.I will post this afternoon when i get him in my tank
